Free Shipping for all orders over £50

UK Orders:

All items are posted the next working day by 1st Class Royal Mail delivery. 

Orders usually arrive within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) from despatch (subject to Royal Mail).

International Orders

All items are posted the next working day by Royal Mail Standard International Delivery.

Orders generally arrive within the following timescales, however international postage can take up to four weeks to arrive.  If your order has not arrived within this timescale, please contact us.

PLEASE NOTE: Most orders fit through a normal letterbox, however if you have ordered more than 4 ties the package will be larger and there should be someone at the delivery address to receive the delivery.

For international orders, import duties, taxes and customs may be due on orders levied to you by your government once your parcel reaches your country. We do not have any control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they may be, so you may wish to contact your relevant authorities before placing your order to clarify if/how much will be the case.

The buyer will be responsible for payment of these fees and we cannot accept responsibility or reimburse such duties, taxes or customs charges. If they are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we may be charged for the return of your package; this return delivery charge will be deducted from any refund value or will need to be paid before any reshipment can be arranged. If the package is returned to us, we will deducted the original shipping cost from any refund due.
