All items are posted the next working day by 1st Class Royal Mail delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Most orders fit through a normal letterbox, however if you have ordered more than 4 ties the package will be larger and there should be someone at the delivery address to receive the delivery.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We are confident you will love your purchase from Frederick Thomas but should you wish to return goods for any reason whatsoever, we offer a no quibbles return policy within 28 days of purchase.

When returning your item(s) we need the following in the package to be able to process the refund quickly and efficiently:
1. The returned item(s)
2. A copy of your invoice, or details of your name and address. Preferably with a note explaining the reason you are returning the item(s).
We advise customers to obtain a proof of postage from the post office when posting returns to us. Any returned products should not have been used or damaged in any way. Unfortunately any returns that do not meet these requirements cannot be refunded. Frederick Thomas cannot be held responsible for orders that are returned and fail to arrive at Frederick Thomas and no refunds will be made in such cases or any other cases where an item has not been received by us. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, we encourage customers to send a photo and description of the damage to email@example.com and we can arrange a replacement item to be sent to you
